Specialty coffee refers to high-quality coffee beans that are grown and harvested with care and attention to detail, then roasted and brewed to perfection. It’s a complex and niche world, with different flavours, aromas, and textures depending on the beans’ region, variety, and processing method.
We work closely with coffee growers from around Colombia to source the best specialty coffee beans, and we roast them in small batches to bring out their unique flavours and aromas. Our trained baristas then carefully brew each cup of specialty coffee, ensuring that every sip is a celebration of the art and science of coffee.
