Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose cream
- 4 ounces (120 ml) of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried coffee
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Half an ounce (15ml) of Baileys or Rum
- Full glass of ice cubes
- Liquid chocolate to decorate
Preparation:
- Pour 4 ounces of milk, or water and 3 tablespoons of all purpose milk into the blender.
- Add one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of condensed milk and one tablespoon of freeze-dried coffee.
- Add half an ounce of Rum or Baileys, followed by a full glass of ice cubes.
- Secure the lid and blend all ingredients together, until the texture is smooth.
- While blending, use liquid chocolate to decorate the inside of the cup.
- Once the mixture is smooth, pour it into the cup, and optionally garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
